Don't be fooled, it's not their own 3 million+ users. It's the users of unfortunate large business owners that actually believed this company's lies. By the time these business owners realize that AboveGem will not deliver their software as agreed upon contract, it is already too late. They have already spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on a cookie template software that AboveGem has already used for all their other clients. If you are persistent and ask them enough times as to why the software that was paid for has not yet been delivered by the deadline, they will make a shitty attempt to give you something close to what you ask for. Your patience wears thin but you have a company to run so you accept their mediocre work and move on to the next overdue project.
When you decide to finally let go and look for a more reliable company to work with, they will actually threaten you by locking you out of your own database and "custom" software that you have already paid for. Now you are shit out of luck because they have access to your entire business.
Really shady company. Consider yourself lucky that you've been warned.
